In a magnificent Loft on Tiberina Island, participants shared a dinner based on dishes prepared together during the Cooking class that preceded the meal, all accompanied by Italian wines.

• Lunch on day two : Business Lunch on the terrace of the 5* hotel

A superb, refined setting to welcome your teams for this first lunch together. The hotel’s terrace restaurant offers a breathtaking view. Participants were able to savor Roman specialties revisited and modernized by the Chef.

• Second evening dinner : Dinner in a Michelin-starred chef’s restaurant

Just a stone’s throw from Campo de Fiori, participants were welcomed by a young Michelin-starred chef. A 3-course dinner with a tasting of traditional Roman dishes, including the famous Carbonara, prepared with quality products.

• Lunch on third day : Business Lunch at the hotel

Enhanced coffee-break and business lunch buffet for this last morning of the meeting, served directly in a private area near the meeting rooms.

• A cooking class with a Michelin-starred chef

Participants set off to discover Italian gastronomy. After a welcome drink, the Chef shared with them the secrets of making Italian pasta and the sauces that go with it. Each participant was able to prepare his or her own pasta and accompaniment, following the chef’s instructions. The experience concluded with a tasting of the dishes prepared in a loft reserved exclusively for the group, located on the magical Tiber Island overlooking the Tiber.

• A treasure hunt in the heart of the historic center

With this exclusive activity from our agency, the group set off to discover the historic center of Rome, between must-see monuments and secret, unusual places. This Team Building activity strengthened the cohesion and team spirit of the employees, while visiting Rome in a fun and original way, with this interactive treasure hunt punctuated by challenges led by locals, and gastronomic breaks in some of Rome’s finest restaurants.
